It is light (only 1.4 kg in size 110). Plus, being lightweight means opening smaller, faster, and of course less bulk and weight to carry.

It opens quickly because when problems arise, the solution must be immediate. It offers a low sink rate, depending on the load: from 4.9 m/s (QUATRO 90 at maximum PTV) down to just 5.1 m/s (QUATRO 110 at maximum PTV).

Unique corner vent design increases stability in tough conditions. The QUATRO parachute is immediately stable after deployment, which is essential if something goes wrong a few feet off the ground.
